Personal Data We Process

To provide car rental services, we may process the following personal data:

• Identity: Name, surname, date of birth, Turkish ID number or passport number

• Contact: Telephone number, e-mail address and billing address

• Driving Licence: Licence number, class and date of issue

• Booking and Rental: Pick-up and return dates and locations, vehicle information, additional services, rental agreements and vehicle handover records

• Financial: Invoicing details, payment and refund records, deposits and damage charges

• Legal: Traffic fines, motorway and bridge tolls, damage and insurance claim records

• Technical: Website usage records, IP address and cookie records

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing reservations, and handing vehicles over and receiving them back

• Performing rental agreements, invoicing and collecting payments

• Managing traffic fines, motorway and bridge tolls, and damage-related processes

• Providing customer support and managing requests and complaints

• Fulfilling legal obligations and resolving disputes

• Sending commercial electronic communications where you have provided the required consent

Legal Bases

Under Article 5 of the Law, your personal data may be processed on the following legal bases: the performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that these interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Commercial electronic communications and non-essential cookies are processed only where your explicit consent is required and has been obtained.

Recipients

Your personal data may be transferred, where necessary for the performance of the rental agreement or compliance with legal obligations, to insurance companies, payment service providers, accountants and accounting service providers, information technology service providers, and competent public authorities and institutions.

Where personal data is transferred outside Türkiye, the requirements of Article 9 of the Law shall be complied with.

Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for the periods prescribed by applicable legislation, including statutory limitation periods and commercial record-keeping requirements.

After the applicable retention periods have expired, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable legislation.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed;

• Request information about the processing of your personal data;

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data is being used in accordance with that purpose;

• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, whether in Türkiye or abroad;

• Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data;

• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data where the applicable legal conditions are met;

• Request that correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred;

• Object to a result arising against you as a result of the processing of your personal data exclusively through automated systems;

• Claim compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your requests will be evaluated in accordance with the Law and applicable legislation and will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.

Effective Date

This notice entered into force on 2 October 2026.
